For my small guys like Bloodletters I'm gonna put them on circle bases and get the GF9 circle movement trays. However I don't know what to do with the Juggernaughts and the Bloodthirster. Any ideas?

Get some of the War of the Rings movement trays. They're set up for multiple round bases in square movement trays.

They are for 40 mm bases.
For the crushers get some movement trays to make them square.

40mm bases are Terminator Bases so they won't work. Bloodcrushers and Bloodthirsters are supplied with both a 60mm round base and a 50mm square base.

That is what I meant use the round base on the fig. Then get the modular movement tray. Get some foam core build the movement tray to your required size rank the crushers on the foam core in the tray. Draw around the bases cut out the holes. They will then rank up as per the whfb rules.

That won't work, the bases will be too big for Fantasy.
You should base them onto a 50mm square, and magnetize that to the 60mm circle base for 40k.
In Fantasy, you determine how many troops can attack in a unit by how they line up.

The movement trays are for movement not to replace the 60 mm square base. In fantasy you rank units together on a movement tray to ease movement.

... yes, I'm aware of that.
But 60mm is bigger then 50mm, which would mess up ranking up against enemy units and allow him to hit and be hit by more units then he is supposed to.

You can also magnetize the figures and then magnetize the bases, though I don't know that I'd trust a blood thirster to that. At least not one with metal wings. Maybe if you got the plastic balrog wings...
