This is an attempt to use what I have so far box set-wise. (A Battleforce and a WHFB Ork Warrior Regiment.)
I need thoughts from the vets:

Looks solid. Just make sure you keep your units at least 6"apart.

Well if it were me Id make those REAL Orks (the choppa ones) the Ard boyz. 4+ save works better in CC then a 6+

its missing anti-tank quite a bit, allthough the trukk is mobile, it wont take long for someone to destroy it to save any armour they have.
just a random 500 point army list suggestion:
mek: KFF - 85
15 boyz: nob, pole - 105
15 boyz: nob, pole - 105
15 gretchin: runtherd - 55
3 killa kanz: TL rokkit launchas - 150
500 points dead on.
3 scoring units still, klaws are not needed that much in smaller games as they are pretty much overkill against most troops.
3 kanz provide some armour and anti-tank at range.
the mek can keep everyone in cover while hiding back behind the kanz.
if you dislike kanz then 10 lootas could do the same job, but they will be prone to running away.
