Question: I've already sprayed my army with Dullcoat. Can you paint on top of dullcoat or is it futile? Particularly with Paint Pens? It just didn't even dawn on me that I hadn't finished putting the symbols on my banners with my paint pens before I sprayed them. Answers appreciated.

Since this is a query it actually belongs in the modeling forum. I'll answer your question anyways

Dullcote can absolutely be painted over. The greatest thing about Testor's Dullcote is that it absorbs paint like a primer while giving you a nice clear matt protective coat. I like to spray it in between some steps since it doesn't obscure your paints and will give you a harder protection than just one coat.

Thanks much for the reply! Sorry I stuck this in the wrong forum; if anyone has the ability to move it feel free; and sorry.
