hi guys, well, i finally tried to work on sle since i posted, and i believe, someone suggested me to make a different type of crusher in the form of centaurs, well here's my quick efforts.

As you can see there's a visible horse head, but because if i took it out all together, the human and horse body would look dwarf-ish, so i just kept the head, removed the tongue sticking out, and sorta GSed the mouth, and put mutations on the sockets. More feedback and suggestions would help.

Centaurs body begins at shoulder of horse.
So leave the neck from in between and your model will look awsome.

I'd be far happier to play against that as a bloodcrusher.

Couple of suggestions:
1)I'd lose the horse head (keep the neck, maybe upside down?) and add some height on to the base of the model (rocks,bodies,flames etc.).

2)The saddle looks strange/redundant. Maybe some simple plasticard strips, Lorica Segmentata style
or
Tyranid carapace bits (I'd bet that the top half of a hormagaunt would fit in there).
or
Freehand
or
More tentacles
or
A combination of all of the above!

Paint looks great as ever. Keep us posted with any updates.

you need to lose the horse head, but apart from that, a well-converted model. 8/10

thanks for the CnC guys, i just recently cut off the nose of hte horse, and to retain some relative height, im gonna cut the forehead section of the horse, (basically a few millimeters passed the horses ears) lol, it's like im talking horse surgery.

Try cutting the neck under the horse's jaw then green stuffing the armor plates to match the horse's further down the neck.

Hey guys, done with 2 centaurs already, as i said, and taking advice from you guys, i chopped off a bit more than half of the horses head and lopped off the nose, and put in a chaos knight shield to cover up the belly area, and this was the result.

oh my mistake, i forgot to put a special mention for you there, that i've begun cutting some plasticard to fill in the saddle.

These are really nice, they look the part and the colour scheme and pose is great.

but yeah, need to get rid of the saddle area, perhaps a slightly lowered plate of baroque armour, perhaps a line of spikes along the spine of the horse body to reinforce noone rides these things...


but i really like them, i'm just starting out playing WAR online and this colour scheme is really like the tzeentchian army there.
