It uses Necromunda as a base system(so you basically build around the Gang structure), but weapon choices aren't restricted(every member can use anything that their type is allowed), Leaders have 3 wounds, and additional rules/equipment/weapons are pulled from Inquisitor and Dark Heresy. The only problem with asking for more specific info is that there really
isn't any as the whole point is to have an open ended skirmish system where specifics/restrictions are determined by the group/
GM, not any hard, fast rules.
