My first attempt at conversion. I think I should focus on learning how to paint first though...

My warboss wants to be seen. He wants his WAAAGH! to be seen and he wants to be seen GOOD ! He likes to see the enemy scouts run to their bases when they see the sea of green that is following him and when he had the feeling of countless green boyz behind his back following him.
A simple boss pole with a trophy rack just didn't do the job. He got his own banner that guides him every battle and only very rarely will he let it go ( like that time, when all the Nobz and lootas claimed the loot and he had to throw some fists around to show the proper owner) .

It's a WIP cause it hardly holds together and I will be adding some bitz and details on it. For now, this is the idea. Oh well. At least its very Orky

It looks promising, but you should rotate the picture so that our necks don't cramp up!

Right, with that out of the way, Cool use of the AOBR warboss, Looks nicely painted, can´t say much else, him being on the side and all.

Any idea how to strenghten the banner and the pole so they stick in the hand ? Drill a hole thru the arm ? What would you guys suggest?

Looks great, But I would make the banner smaller. It looks cool, but to big.

Pinning is great for solving "thin bits break off" problems, So if the pole isn´t pinned yet, I would recommend it.

The banner itself is big, but looks great!

Also, really like your base, and the painting looks good from all I can see.

Glad to see you turned the pics right way round.

Good use of the AOBR warboss, however I think it is right to expect more gubbinz on on the banner so it looks more like a Waaaaaagghhhh banner and less like a rag on a stick.

If I was too harsh I'm sorry, but I like to see uber cool banners.

If this is WIP I advise you to mount the banner to a pole made of thin steel wire, drill the hand, it will fit in nicely, stick it in place with epoxy resin.

I like the banner.

This Ork doesn't look all that bad. The pics are not great (fuzzy) but I don't see anything really wrong here. Actually, with the banner, he is quite cool!
