Question:

Does Wazz bike exchange the dakkaguns for the Dakkacannon, or does he have both?

Trying to complete a conversion and that's my last item.

Thanks.

I can actually see nothing to say he loses the dakkaguns on the bike, as it says it follows the rules for warbikes.

However, considering his Dakkacannon has more range, better profile and more shots I cant think of many reasons why you'd want to shoot the Dakkagun, even if it is twin linked.

So yes, he has both.

Might as well go with both.

He needs to put the "dakka" in his name, after all.

Anuvver fing - when they do sumfing, they try to make it look like somfink else to confuse everybody. When one of them wants to lord it over the uvvers, 'e says "I'm very speshul so'z you gotta worship me", or "I know summink wot you lot don't know, so yer better lissen good". Da funny fing is, arf of 'em believe it and da over arf don't, so 'e 'as to hit 'em all anyway or run fer it.

Yup, even if you never intend on firing the Dakkagun, best play it safe just in case, Plus more dakka never hurt anyone

Because he cant You can only fire one wepon per rider, so he can choose to fire either the Dakkacannon (not twin linked) or the Dakkagun (Twinlinked).Always nice to 'ave moar dakka on da bike tho'!

If you want I can do the mathhammer to see what one is better (if I can be bothered, too busy watching all of the Directors Cut LotR back to Back and Drinking Pepsi to do so atm )

How many hours in are you? Last time I did that I think it was like 14 or 15 hours? I'll have to do that again soon.

I have well and truly lost count. There some poof firing arrows atm, now more questionable midgest running about together.... Oh my eyes, they bleed!

I knew I shouldn't have started this at 2am

Anyway, Mathhammer calculated:
Imperial Guard Equivalent (T3 5+ Save)
Dakkaguns: 1.39 Wounds
Dakkacannon: 1.11 Wounds

Tau Equivalent (T3 4+ Save)
Dakkaguns: 0.69 Wounds
Dakkacannon: 1.11 Wounds

Ork Equivalent (T4 6+ Save)
Dakkaguns: 1.11 wounds
Dakkacannon: 1.11 wounds

Marine Equivalent (T4 3+ Save)
Dakkaguns: 0.37 wounds
Dakkacannon: 0.37 wounds

Terminator Equivalent (T4, 3+/5++ Save)
Dakkaguns: 0.19 wounds
Dakkacannon: 0.19 wounds

Carinfex (T6, 3+ Save)
Dakkaguns: 0.19 wounds
Dakkacannon: 0.37 wounds

So, as you can see, other than against 4+ Armour, the twin Linked Dakkaguns are equal to if not better at killing, while the Dakkacannon is twice as effective against 4+ armour and Carnifexes :p

drinking ale on the ground like russ intended

The bike of the Aporkolypse Wazdakka follows the rules for warbikes as described on page 46.
Furthermore, Wazdakka's warbike has been modified so extensively that it is more powerful (and even cooler-looking) than a standard warbike.
When Wazdakka uses a turbo boost he may still fire his weapons that turn.
Dakkakannon The dakkakannon mounted on Wazdakka's bike is a rapidly firing monstrosity that has the capacity to stop a tank in its tracks.it has the following profile:
range str ap special
Dakkakannon 24" 8 4 assault 4
There are no rules for a dakkagun because the dakkakannon replaces the dakkagun.
How ever he has a kustom mega blasta, and a slugga.

Or maybe there's no rules for the dakkagun because those rules are already included elsewhere in the codex. I know it's not a perfect thing to go by, but in 2nd ed, Wazdakka had the twin-linked autocannon (which are now dakkaguns) in addition to the battlecannon that he'd equipped his bike with...

Except the bit that says "He has a Warbike" which has a built in Twin Linked Dakkagun. So no, it doesnt replace it, because his rules say the bike has a Dakkacanon, not that the dakkacannon replaces the dakkagunz.

So, yes he does have a Dakkagun, a Dakkacannon, a Kustom mega Blasta, and a Slugga (the slugga because in 4th it would have given him an extra attack). he is nice and versatile. He can use the Dakkagun against 5+ Troops, the Dakkacannon against 4+ troops and the Megablasta against Meqs. Throw him with a Warbiker mob and thats a lot of Dakka!!!

Can a Wazdakka conversion have too many guns or too big of a gun? Exactly - no he can't. Put as many and as big a gun onto that thing as you can. I remember in one of the codexes (maybe 2nd), he had a cannon on the thing that would push him back like a d6 inches each time he shot it.
