So, this is it so far, made from my bitbox and spare Shadowsword bits, I REALLLY need advice on how to build the legs... Obviously not glued yet.

Also, I'm trying to avoid butchering my old dread but I'm thinking of halving the Deffkoptas I don't need (Feral Ork player here..) Any ideas?

Honestly... that thing just looks like an armored refrigerator or cabinet. it doesn't look like a dreadnought at all. Dreadnoughts typically have a couple of features that yours is missing (not counting legs): some sort of sarcophagus which often includes a vision slit or stylized armored head... and arms with weapons.

Dude, use plastic glue you get a better joins and it doesnt look like you used chewing gum to stick stuff together

F74, im guessing that would be a dry run.
rather than slapping parts together you simple use something like blutac to hold it together until your ready to use glue.


As for looks, it could be a dread, but needs alot of work.
i would:

1: cut the doors in half, the top section where there would be a hole can be used to build the sarcophagus.

2: the rounded tube part at the bottom could be used as part of the hip, simply add another section to the bottom of that and you can then add legs to it.

3: back section needs some form of power source, otherwise it just looks weird.




other than obvious things like arms that pretty much what needs doing.

This has potential, but it isn't a dread without a sarcophagus...
