It is.
Per apoc rulebook, transport capacity of super heavy vehicles, at page 198.
Dread = 10
So 40 : 10 = 4

What an awesome model! Paint job is really sweet, too.
My favorite detail is the open bed in the back, with the two shielded stubbers.

hmm... so do the 4 dreads count as transported infantry and can therefore fire the stubbers? This idea amuses me

92% of teens have moved on to rap. If you are one of the 8% who still listen to real music, copy and paste this into your sig.
This music is: The big 4 of thrash [Metallica, Slayer, Megadeth and Anthrax], AC/DC, Iron Maiden, Rage Against the Machine, Pantera, Led Zepplin, Guns n Roses, and so on with most rock and metal.
95% of teens would go into a panic attack if the jonas brothers were about to jump off the empire state building copy and paste this if you are the 5% who would pull up a lawn chair grab some popcorn and yell JUMP BITCHES!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't think they can fire the stubbers, as they don't count as infantry. It would be cool though..

It doesn't matter, the Stormlord has 20 fire points...they can fire their own weapons! Plus it counts as open-topped for disembarking so 4 Dreads can be dropped anywhere within 2" of the hull...and ASSAULT!
