Has anyone used this site? I'm looking at ordering a strike force from it (as everything else isn't worth it with their shipping charge) but I can't find much for reviews online. I emailed them last week, thursday I think, and they haven't got back to me which makes me hesitant to use them, they're cheap but I'd rather get my models even if I have to pay a bit more, yknow?

thanks
Karm

Maybe you can give them a phone call , i think there is only 1-2 people replying emails / operating the site ( Greg / Kevin )

regarding shipping , the more you order , the less shipping becomes. They have a set minimum s&h price so ordering 1 blister for example obviousely wouldnt help. So the strike force or more is always nice.

I have some marine stuff i dont suppose you want >.>?

I'm mostly interested in NIB/sprue/unpainted stuff, as I paint everything I have meticulously and don't like having to strip/repaint and get a clogged buildup. What marine stuff do you have Luna?

I have a well painted daemonhunters force I'm willing to part with, and am in the process of trying to sell.

Pics can be seen at http://s440.photobucket.com/albums/qq130/karmaiko99/

I used to order from there, but after my last order took over a month to get here, I switched to eBay and now everything is even cheaper (shipping included!) and it comes faster (even from the UK... which is strange because obviously I'm in the same glorious country as GC Minis).

gc was awesome a few years ago when the exchange rate was basically raping the Warstore and ebay. But as with everything things come back in line. Still a good group of guys there.

Here's 4 of em

http://stores.ebay.ca/R-N-R-Miniatures

http://stores.shop.ebay.ca/Buy-For-Less-Online__W0QQ_armrsZ1

http://stores.shop.ebay.ca/Railway-and-Modellers-Junction__W0QQ_armrsZ1

Normally what I do is just search for the full title of what I need, check the Buy it Now option (so it only displays BiN listings) and then scroll down to the International Sellers section. Make sure you keep an eye on shipping too... however with these prices even with shipping you're still saving money.

EDIT: Also here has very good prices and super cheap shipping: https://www.wargamesempire.com/

@anti how often do you get pounced by customs for international orders? Im scared to order from out of canada the last time they charged me a lot for tax and handling fees.

Haha, funny you ask that... I had edited my last post and when I went to click update I missed so it deleted everything I just wrote :(

The only time I've ever been taxed from ordering stuff overseas was when I bought my Forge World dreadnought... from Forge World. Which took a month...

Other than that, not once, and I've ordered a LOT of stuff from the UK especially. I've only just ordered something from Wargames Empire (which is the cheapest website I've found so far) so when that comes in I'll let you know if customs had their way with me or not (I ordered a Treeman and a box of Dryads for my 40k army (see sig for background story) and even after shipping it cost me less than if I were to buy only the Treeman from the store! I love saving money

Any time

I haven't investigated that situation really... I was only buying 2 items so I didn't feel a need to, hehe. If you're interested in it then I'd suggest dropping them an email or something since they (hopefully) know more about it than I do

Also, shipping is calculated per item so as you add stuff to your cart your shipping will change to reflect it, and as I said, it's pretty cheap so that's awesome .

But yeah, I'll let you know if I got taxed when I receive my stuffs if you can wait that long .

Thanks for the site links anti.
Luna, I'm interested in the tacticals with black templar shoulders, the assault marines, the games day captain, and the predator (updated marine art right?) if you have pictures

UPDATE: I just received my order from Wargames Empire. All I want to say is HOLY CRAP THAT WAS FAST. I've ordered lots of stuff from the UK and this got here the fastest by far. I was taxed a whopping zero dollars too, so thats a bonus. I'm definitely going to be ordering stuff from there again (should I ever choose to get anything...).

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED... nay... I DEMAND you order from there

A friend of mine ordered from GCM ones. He waited damn near 4 months for his order to arrive. And they would only take credit card from international customers if you scanned the card in and sent them the picture. Talk about being stuck in the 20th century.

This is the only place you need know about. Constant discounts, favourable exchange rate for you at the moment (US to UK), and free worldwide shipping.
