Given that I have a "preview copy" of this thing kicking around finally I'm going to venture a guess and say "yes". The sheer ridiculousness possible in this army is terrifying.

Earlier I think I figured a way to fit in over 400 models in 2000 points. A bit after that I managed to fit almost 50 lascanons in at once.

Sweet god the manticore and vendetta alone are two of this games most overpowered units ever. Give it a few months, this isn't like the marine codex. This thing is a new kind of exploitable.


Given the removal of the OP post though I'm guessing you were worried about the punisher. The punisher is nothing compared to some of the stuff in this book. Laying down 11+ marine killing pie plates turn one is a new kind of low.
