It looks like you tried to drybrush the bolt gun areas, but they came out very splotchy, and you got some bolt-gun metal on the model's hand.

Instead of drybrushing, try painting the boltgun metal on regularly, then apply a badab black and/or devlan mud wash, then highlight. Doesn't take much time, and the result is much nicer.
