I used to play eldar back in the 3rd edition.
Now I'm thinking of starting 40k again, giving SPEEZH MAHREENZ a try.
tell me what you think of the list.

Chaplain on bike

Elites
Ironclad Dread (hurricane bolter,drop pod)
5xSternguard Veterans (combi-melta,razorback)

Fast attack
2xAttack bike squad (3 models each,multi-meltas)
Land speeder Storm (multi-melta)

so the chaplain goes with the attack bikes: chaplains benefit close combat and those bike are outfitted for anti-armor... doesn't seem effective

the libbi protects stern guard i assume but they are in a razorback and if i'm not mistaken the RB can only transport 5 so that won't work fantastic either

whirlwinds IMHO are not so great... practically worthless against MEQs anyway

scouts aren't the best objective holders and the ones outfitted for close combat seem terrible

i don't know man, unless you are a strategy god I think you may have some problems here.

I have a love /hate relationship with anything green.

Razorback can carry 6 troops (stern and librarian)
The melee scouts are fielded in the land speeder attacking shooters and stuff.
I'm not really sure about the ww but I needed some aoe and anti-cover.
Tha chaplain squad basically assaults but i gave them multi-melta since they dont's cost that much, for those annoying all-tank armies.
Haven't tried the army yet (haven't even bought the whole thing tbh) I'm open to suggestions.

your landspeeder storm with cc scouts would best be used in a multi assault with another squad so you get the -2 leadership if you win. Unless you have some good dice i dont see the scouts being able to win to many combats with only 5 imo. At only 1500 pts you might consider droping one HQ that would give you some more points. Maybe get a tac squad and also keep in mind your dread is going to be by him self 1st turn and most armys have meltas now so i would bet he wouldnt make it past turn 1. Need to get 2 more drop pods or drop the pod.

I like where your going with this list. A few things id fix though.

Drop the libby its a nice idea to have him in the sterngaurds but your wasting to many points on hqs.

Drop one attack bike squad. You only really need the one. Buy another speeder and another scout squad. As zombie said. Use them to work together as a team. If you charge with both of them combined with the -2 to ld you should be able to win most combats on a sure bet (dont go charging into genestealers now) try to buy another tactical squad. even if its bare bones its 170 points with a free flamer and missle launcher. It will give you some flexibility if you also have the points for a rhino.

Never say die! Never surrender!

I would keep the librarian and ditch the chaplain. I would then trade dome for gate. I think one full squad of scouts is enough. Take five with 4 sniper rifles and a heavy bolter plus camp cloaks. Take the other five with close combat weapons and bolt pistols plus possibly a power weapon for the sergeant. I would primarily use the assault scouts mounted in the landspeeder Storm to control/contest objectives late in the game.

If you give the librarian gate then you can ditch the razorback for sternguard. The main problem with a razorback is that it has no firepoints so you can't do any drive by shooting attacks with the sternguard. If you really want to use a transport I would field a rhino and give the librarian the blast marker psychic power.

For your other troop choice I would field a full squad of tactical Marines in a rhino... multi melta, meltagun and a power fist.

Finally I think this list needs some long ranged shooting... I would drop the iron clad for a standard dreadnaught with a twin linked lascannon. The whirlwind is a solid choice and will help versus hordes.

Cool, will look into it thanks a lot
I used to have gates of infinity instead of razorback but ran into some arguments about using it with locator beacons.
