Day Two

K stares out his motel window in horror. Smoke is rising from where the hospital was. The Doctor was right, if he hadn't left at that time, he would have been in serious danger.

K left the motel, and returned to the mall, the door still open and alarm still ringing. There's no sign that anyone has been there. He went inside, and looked at the map. There were two guns stores. One was at the end of a corridor, next to a supermarket. The other, was on the side of another corridor, only a short walk away from where he was, it was close to the bathrooms and an entrance.

He decided to go to the one at the end of the corridor, as it would be easier to baracade and get supplies.

I also just want to ask everyone if they think they are ready to move on from DAY TWO yet?

I didn't manage to get on at all last night and obviously I'm at work today so I don't know how far along everyone is. I will read last nights posts at work if I have time (I'm always busy at work wed-fri). When I get home I will also check who has not been posting.

I should be about halfway through. I still have to have K arrive at the gunshop, and I figured that he'd run into some other people who decided to baracaded it earlier.

OOC: Right, well me and great unclean one are in the mall aswell. IT seems clear from Drk's experiances. So, im gonna head for a gunshop aswell, whilst Keira's gonna go and get a change of clothes. Nurse uniforms wont do in a zombie apocalypse.

Sorry I haven't posted in a while. Been busy studying for finals.

I should be able to put something up this afternoon, as its only a half day today.

I am probably going to set the start of DAY THREE as 2200 tomorrow (11/06, BST - currently 11.30 BST on 10/06).

I will be doing RANDOM ENCOUNTERS this evening. I have evil plans

Guys, gak's happening with school, been ill today.. I really won't be able to post until about 4 or 5 PM on friday, which is tomorrow.. And I'm definitely not ready to move on, because of said issues.

So, should hopefully get something done atleast tomorrow. And I think a lot of the other players, I.E. Karon, FITZZ and Ninja, aren't ready either.

Tbh, noone (except cereal) is in a position to, quite literally for their characters, call it a night.

As I said, I was planning on moving onto DAY THREE tomorrow at 2200 BST, which gives you a whole 4 hours to write some stuff up

But as I always say, if someone wants me to delay the day progression, all they have to do is say.

There will be quite a few RANDOM ENCOUNTERS tonight which I hope will wrap up the day a little bit more as well, though obviously the scope will be there to extend the RP through tomorrow as well if the players involved wanted to).

Eh.. just imagined a truck appearing infront of the whole biker/psycho/criminal road rampage and fun stuff happening.. then they'd have to foot slog it away from a horde of zombies, and either kill each other or resolve their differences at a later date.

Or maybe I just want to see the potential threats to my character removed..

What's an NBC suit or whatever you said? And CDC people? And what kinda stuff is there in the armory? Or is that up to me.. hehehe.

I think a grenade into your vehicle counts as PvP..

And it doesn't really matter as long as noone kills anyones' character without permission. Tbh, I see some of that coming later on in the thread if certain characters meet...

Yeah I know the grenade is classed as PvP

IIRC Silver said that PvP was against the rules

Eh, it's all DFG (dead-funny-good). Just jump out and explode his car, drive into a truck, ram him off the road, and then jump out (in the last three examples). Just go with it.

After all, if that's how he wants to play it.. (and who wouldn't if they were a psycho obsessed with japanese fictional characters and is armed with a grenade launcher??!)

I actually said "I'm OK with a bit of PvP, however, try to make it fair and give some good reasoned RP behind it please". But I think that I may ask anyone wishing to engage in PvP to let me do it as an event.

I'm going to do the encounter between the 3 groups in cars now (as I just got home). Since the grenade is already established, I will keep it in, but in future, please PM me if you want to PvP and I will write it up after doing an event.

And the armoury has been pretty well stripped by the army, so there will only be a few pieces of equipment and nothing cutting edge. Just things you would expect to find - grenades of various types, ammo, M16's, body armour etc.

Shadow glanced around. There wasn't much left at all. He grabbed an NBC suit, removed his body armor and got into the suit. He then replaced his bulletproof body armor on top of the NBC suit. He put his shotgun away in its holster on his pack. He strapped is combat belt on, attached a few grenades and his pistol in its holster, and put his hunting knife in a sheath on the front of his body armor that was strapped over his back. He then returned to the Lieutenant.

"So, where's this chopper? And what kind of support can I expect? Or am I doing this proper commando style?" he joked.

OOC: Actually, I said I shot it through the back window for a reason, there's an equally good chance that it won't kill them, then that it will.

**PLAYER EVENT**

The grenade arched through the air and shattered the rear window of the armoured vehicle and ricocheted under the rear seats. Jennifer and Ashton shared a look for a split second before reacting…

Tombstone and Strawberry roared after the armoured car, ploughing through the small cloud of shattered glass caused by the passage of the grenade before it had even had a chance to hit the ground…

Patrick swerved his car away from the armoured vehicle, giggling manically and gazing intently, waiting for the inevitable, glorious explosion. He could see the other car rocketing forwards, chasing the armoured car…

Ok chaps, I will shortly be sending out PM’s to everyone involved with several options as to how you can potentially react. As usual, please no discussing, and reply via PM. Also as usual, if you have a suggestion as to what you want to do, I may choose to do that for you if it is good.

Once I have all the replies, I will write out the RP. This may have to be played in several sections, depending on some of the replies.

Please be aware there is a very real possibility of PLAYER FATALITY in this event.

Tom paused at the car park. The place was empty, except for a few vans parked near the entrance. Probably looters. However, from what he could see, there were no zombies. Not yet at least. The trio jogged across to an open fire exit, and snook inside.

“Ok, we can’t stay long, grab what you need, then meet back up at Mc Donald’s in fifteen minutes. Oh, and Bonzo, if you are gonna grab some boo’s, please don’t make yourself paralytic.”
Bonzo smiled mischievously, and set off in the direction of a nearby off licence. Tom glanced at Keira, who rolled her eyes. Tom and Keira then set off towards the map of the mall.

“Right, I’m gonna grab us some fire power, which is…. There.” Tom said, pointing at the little symbol on the map. “What are you gonna grab?”

Keira pointed at her blood stained dress, and then pointed across to the clothes shop nearby.

“I’ll grab the bare essentials.”

Tom laughed shortly, and then kissed. They split up, and headed in different directions.

Ghoooooooooosty.. do you realize what you've done? I foresee a random event involving Tom having to have to save Keira.. if he can. Or maybe I've just given Silver an idea.. either way..

Well if that happens, he'll go to any lengths to save her. Any. Even if it meant fighting his way through a crowd of the living dead.

Anywho, no RP right now, but ghosty you do realise that the screw gun needs an air compressor to work right?
