About shipping cost.

We don't profit from the postage and packing costs, but don't want to face the same problems other companies have had after miscalculating the postal costs in their shipments. This way you can be sure that you will be charged the exact ammount needed for the weight of your package and final destination. This delivery will be signed for and you will be able to track it online from beginning to end.

Anyway, I'm just glad there's no early birds, I don't have to decide before knowing what the heck I'm pledging for now

Yeah, the calculator needs to be added, but we have time for that oversight to be corrected.

Enthusiastic as I am about the project, given that I already have a boxed copy sitting at home there's a chance they'll only get a $1 tip from me when all is said and done, but I remain open to being surprised with some awesome additions. The raw variety of heroes is intriguing, assuming there's significant differences in how they play, and not just minor tweaks to stats.

So, if you add one of those to your cart, the shipping cost is what shows up on the cart, right?

So 9.24 Euros / about $12.50? That's not bad at all... but probably easier to just to list the fees for most major countries on the KS page.

Speculating perhaps they aren't posting the pledge calculator yet because nothing is unlocked

The non stretch goal levels should be fixed shipping cost wise, but there is a 'mentor' stretch goal at 58K,

I wonder if that first one will be for every box game bbacker and they're holding off the shipping calculator until it unlocks

I get around 30 euro for the big pledge and Kickstarter shipping option to the USA. Quite reasonable for a signed for super heavy package (just shipped two large hardcover books to France via signed airmail and it cost $76!)

I thought it was 9-something Euros, too. Where are you getting your number from?

Any other socal people here see something different? Mine was 9 euros and change (supposedly).

EDIT: Supposedly 36 Euros to California.

Pricey. Better have a lot of game in that box.

Can I be like our European brothers and moan and groan about shipping?

Honestly if this ends up packed with as much junk with it possibly could (and lives up to its pedigree/ nostalgia factor) I think I'm alright with all those costs.

Just created an account on Gamezone shipping now comes up at €38.91 = CAD$55 for the €110/$158 level - wow that's expensive shipping

I logged onto the website using my account which has my USA address.

Lists as 26,16 € for shipping to Texas when logged into their website, and that's with the cheapest shipping!

Yeah, I'm not sure US peeps realize how expensive good overseas shipping is (instead of the "wait and pray" cheapass shipping where everyone complains when their overseas KS doesn't have tracking, arrives late, damaged, or with creases or holes in the box)

I want this box to arrive in glorious virginal pristine condition on a cloud of ambrosia delivered by cherubs held aloft by angelic farts; not a month late, gnawed-on, slightly burnt, missing bits and covered in unidentifiable stains.

Well on the plus side your paying for signed for courier shipping and it is a heavy box and for some reason US shipping is still coming out less than EU shipping so there is that.
