Oh cool. I'm not allowed to voice my opinion because the thread is 7 pages deep. Got it.
Additionally, the argument is that if the government is going to go after this "racist" trademark, then it needs to go after all of them, of which [ see forum posting rules] With Attitude most certainly is. Automatically Appended Next Post: Here are some more.

Probably because nobody challenged it. This wasn't the PTO "going after" anybody, a group of native Americans filed suit.

It isn't that you can't discuss things, it is that you are being redundant; repeating something already gone over isn't a discussion as much as it is a tangent, at best.
