@Zambro - Thanks Zambro. I'm fairly happy with my pace so far, though I'll acknowledge that I need to get some units done in order to hit the 50 models I need to do for the MMC. Fortunately, I have some ideas about that...
@gobert - Thanks gobert. Aye, given I'm getting stuff done, the 25 feels fairly safe at the minute. The water pot mat has me intrigued, too, even if I'm ambivalent about the paint brush case.
@Olthannon - Thanks Olthannon, and good to see you back in here. I'm enjoying the purple, and it's a decent effect for so little work.

This update covers a slightly longer period than normal, given I was away at a speedrunning event last weekend, which went pretty well, raising over £4k for Crisis.
MMC - End of Week 3
Before I start with what's gotten done in week 3, a little housekeeping - I'd built the Mire Kelpies from
WHQ Darkwater last week, and completely forgot to mention them in here, so that's my bad. You can see them in the left of the last
WIP picture, though.
While I was in my hotel, I managed to build a unit of Zoanthropes (into sub-assemblies) and mostly built a unit of Wraiths. Once I was back at home, I also managed to build 3 Allarus Terminators for the Talons, as well as mostly put together the Skitarii Battle-Pilgrym Marshal from the new Mechanicum boxed set.
Bases for the Necron Warriors and Zoanthropes got sorted, and I added some patches of sand to the Mire Kelpie bases - wanted something as a base for some swamp tufts, with the idea of using Stirland Mud around the sand to give a swamp effect. I've also started the basing for the Cankerborn and the four tokens from
WHQ: Darkwater.
Both Zoanthrope sub-assemblies were added to corks, and they and the Mire Kelpies were undercoated with Wraithbone. The Mire Kelpies ended up being a really quick paint - three got Skeleton Horde for their bones, with three getting Aggaros Dunes instead, and the bodies got two coats of Coelia Greenshade. The bases got a coat or two of Wyldwood, with the base edges painted with Abaddon Black. Simple, yet effective, considering Kelpies are at least partly spirits in mythology.
With the Kelpies and Inquisitor Draxus finished off, I turned my attention back to the Necron Warriors from last year, pushing them through my usual set of steps to get them finished off. This included getting the bases painted and gluing the Warriors in place, completing them on Sunday evening. I also made a start on the Zoanthropes, basecoating the carapace.
This next week might end up being a quiet one for completions, but I'm hoping to set up for the week after to be productive.
