a defiler is generally a great starting place.
alot of people will use the sentinel cockpit for a head.
the defiler provides most of the parts though

Hanging out on the Great Plains

Defiler with a Sentinal Cockpit for a head, now that is interesting, then maybe leave the center set of legs out and go for more of a centaur style look. How jointed are the legs could they be straightened more. Because that would bring the body up. HHHHHUUUMMMMM - evil ideas formulating.
