At the end of the month my son and I will be traveling to the fair state of Maryland to catch a Orioles game and do some sightseeing and we planned on checking out the Glen Burnie bunker. The GW website has a Bizarre Bazaar event listed for that weekend but it doesn't give much information about the event itself. Is this something where you bring in old miniatures/bits and trade with other players or do you turn them in for store credit? I've got some unused models that I'd consider bringing down for exchange if it is worth it.
Also, does the bunker sell forgeworld items as well or can you only place orders for them?
Thanks for any feedback!

There's the number.
You can buy FW stuff there, but they don't always have EVERYTHING on stock. You can place orders, and they can ship to you, or to the store. Also, the Bizarre Bazaar, if I recall, is exactly as you describe.

You can trade with other people but you can't sell stuff back to the store for store credit. They usually have a pretty good selection of FW items there. If you are looking for something in particular call them up and ask them to order it in for you and hold it till you pick it up.

Thanks for the quick replies. I'll post a list of items I plan on bringing to the bazaar in the swap section sometime next week.

The next Games Workshop customer flea market is this coming weekend, May 30-31. Buy, sell and trade GW product with other customers. Details at the GW website.
I've found a lot of great bargains at past Bizarre Bazaar events and managed to get rid of a lot of older stuff I no longer needed at the same time. If you've never been to one of these events before, they are usually quite worthwhile. Be sure to get there early for the best deals. I'll be at the one at the Maryland Battle Bunker. Hope to see some of you there!
