I'm going to start a painting tred fore my orks and terrain.Im just 12 years old som that maybe can tell you why the spelling not is good.And why the painting not is perfect

Your terrain is pretty good for a kid.
Your boyz need some help. Start out with black primer it helps with shading and is easier to start learning to paint with.
Start your base coats with the foundation paints, then a light highlight on the raised parts, and then the washes on that.

Actually, looking at the state your boys are in now, they're prime material for a dipping in nothing else!
The term is explained, with a few examples, Right Here!

That'd get 'em to a much smoother and pleasing standard fast, but it'd mean skipping by the whole process of learning to paint properly. Still, always good to consider all options.

As said, I liked your terrain. Though, your boyz were kind of suprising after seeing how well the terrain was made... Maybe you should consider doing as sonofruss suggested... Keep 'em simple until you are used to painting the smaller figures, and then progressively add more and more detail as you feel you're up to it.
