Where do you find 28mm blanks or mannequins for conversions / scultping?

Hasslefree miniatures does a 28mm male armature (under the "Converting" link in their shop.

Im actually looking for a slightly posable / movable female blank / armature for use in an =I=munda conversion...

1 female for the scratch bike im building
1 female for conversion into a psycher

i was thinking of using the male woodelf spellsinger casting (with wierd brown wooden horns coming out his back - or at least thats what it looks like) as a base for a psycher, but for what I want the fem. blank would work better.
