hey guys,
sorry if this is the wrong location! i made an order with Bits and Kits UK, earlier on the 25th last week, but no status updates, and no products as of yet.... i mailed, and called them with no responce. has anybody had a delivery from them in the last week or anybody got some info, such as if they are still trading or bankruptcy?
the order was a bit expensive and just looking for some closure!

I've not had any deliveries from them very recently, but IME (I've used them 3 times in the past 3-4 months or so) they are dreadful at responding to either email or phone messages, unless you start threatening them. :(
I'm sorry to have to put it that way, but that is my experience. I never actually got any replies out of them unless I said "I'm about to complain to PayPal / Credit Card Company / etc."
That said -- 2 of the 3 orders arrived without any problems. It's just that when there are problems, they're uncommunicative (I'm still awaiting a refund for part of the last-but-one order, over a month ago, since I decided that it was too late for a replacement -- one of the parts they didn't send was an Cybork Nob Head that I wanted for my now almost-complete Flash Gitz project.)

I've never had any problems with my Orders from Bits and Kits UK. Thou, most of my Orders were around the 20 pound range to get the free shipping. I've done 3 in the past Month, and have gotten all my Orders within a week. It may just be delayed. Give them a little more time.

I've used them loads and never had a problem that one email didn't sort out, though I have noticed they no longer send dispatched emails and that the bigger orders take longer to arrive.

Mileage might vary. I too have had no problems with them.

n'oublie jamais - It appears I now have to highlight this again.
