I'd check out the Warstore. I never have issues with them. Plus, they also sell 40K bits.

Maelstromgames.co.uk is about the best place I have found.
Good discounts, and FREE worldwide shipping.
I have heard good things about Wayland games too, but not used them.
In the USA, Chaosorc.com is very good, as well as TheWarstore.net

Can't go far wrong with either Wayland or Maelstrom. Maelstrom do free shipping plus a 10% (usually, sometimes 15%) discount. Wayland to 20 - 25% discount (usually, sometimes it varies a little) but charge for shipping. It depends therefore on the size of your order and what you are ordering. Both companies to special offers from time to time as well. I tend to check both through to checkout stage and then run with the one that has the cheapest final price.

I use Warstore, but I think you'll find at least with the dakka crowd that both Warstore and Maelstrom get great reviews... You'll not go wrong with either of them.

Took less than a week for me, IIRC. I bought a broadside a while ago when I first saw their name being tossed around not-too-subtly.
