Hello, everyone. I thought you all could help me fine-tune this list I've made for an Evil Sunz warband, if you don't mind. I've squeezed as many Orks as I can into 2,000 points while still being able to afford transportation for all of them.

I call it "Da Trukk Stomp." 'Ere we go:

HQ:
Big Mek with KFF, Burna, Cybork body, Bosspole, and Gubbinz da Tekno-Squig = Turbo-Mek Zagbitz (135)

Elites:
15 Burna Boyz = Zagbitz'z Red-'Ot Lot (225) (They and Zagbitz ride in their Battlewagon, Da Zagblitz.)

Troopz:

12 Boyz led by a Nob with PK and Bosspole, in a red Trukk sporting a reinforced ram and boarding plank = Dregrukk'z Rowdy Boyz an' "Da Dregmobeel" (162)
12 Boyz led by a Nob with PK and Bosspole, in a red Trukk sporting a reinforced ram and boarding plank = Krukk an' Da Ladz an' "Da Blamwagon" (162)
12 Boyz led by a Nob with PK and Bosspole, in a red Trukk sporting a reinforced ram and boarding plank = Gobstompa'z Trukk Gitz an' "Fastafastafasta!" (162)
12 Boyz led by a Nob with PK and Bosspole, in a red Trukk sporting a reinforced ram and boarding plank = Badfrag'z Speedboyz an' "Deffkart 2, Da Revenj" (162)
20 Boyz led by a Nob with PK and Bosspole = Big Raz'z Big Mob (160)
20 Boyz led by a Nob with PK and Bosspole = Even Bigga Raz'z Even Bigga Mob (160) (It's not actually a bigger mob...Big Raz and Even Bigga Raz have a bit of a rivalry going, that's all. They and their mobs both ride in Battlewagons.)

Fast(a) Attack:

3 red Warbuggies with Rokkitz = Krazy Kilmek'z Boom Buggiez (120)

Deffkopta with Rokkitz, a Buzzsaw and a Bomm = Madwazza, Da Evil 'Umie-Bomma Wot Bommz Da 'Umiez (85)

Heavy Support:

Red Battlewagon with Deff Rolla, Kannon, Big Shoota, armor plates, Grot riggers, boarding plank and grabbin' klaw = "Da Supatrukk" (155)
Red Battlewagon with Deff Rolla, Kannon, Big Shoota, armor plates, Grot riggers, boarding plank and grabbin' klaw = "Da Supa-Supatrukk" (155) (They belong to Big Raz and Even Bigga Raz, respectively. Stupid gitz...)
Red Battlewagon with Deff Rolla, Kannon, Big Shoota, armor plates, boarding plank, grabbin' klaw and stikkbomm chukka = Zagbitz'z Kommand Wagon, "Da Zagblitz" (155)

DA 'OLE FING: 1,998 points, 105 Orks (counting the Deffkopta)

The wagons travel in a row, with the buggies covering one of its flanks; if absolutely necessary, a Trukk or two could cover the other flank, but they need to hit the turbo and get stuck in otherwise. (If they only move flat-out once, they can still benefit from Zagbitz's force field--they're only six inches away then.) Madwazza outflanks and wreaks as much havoc as possible before he gets shot up...why only one Deffkopta? It saves the hassle that five Orks and no bosspoles bring--your whole expensive squad legging it when just one or two koptas go down. Either the gambit succeeds or you don't lose as many points when it fails.

What do you think?

Looks pretty solid. What are you going to do for land raiders? Also, your anti-tank and anti-elite infantry is weak.

Hopefully I can put those boarding planks to good use. A PK Nob smacking it four times at S9 ought to damage a Land Raider at least a little...if not, two will do it. That said, if someone spams Land Raiders, I'm rather doomed. I suppose a PK Warboss would be the best way to counter that AV14, but it would mean less Orks in the army.

Oh? How so? I was hoping that the Boom Buggiez and Madwazza could smash them up pretty well.

Hur hur hur--wait. When you ram a vehicle with a Deff Rolla, does the "D6 S10 hits" rule apply or do you follow the normal rules for ramming as decribed in the rulebook? I know that Codex supercedes rulebook, but...

Orks Codex Page 55 wrote:Any Tank Shock made by a Battlewagon with a Deff Rolla causes D6 Strength 10 hits on the victim unit.

You don't Tank Shock vehicles. You ram them.

Over here we do that it is D6 strength 10 hits when you ram. As much as some players dont like it haha. I mean really think about it if you have a giant fething DEFF ROLLA on your tank your not going to stop using it in a ram thats just stupid lol.

Anyway good solid list hit hard and fast you have alot of orks but not an overwhelming amount so you can't hesitate.

I find your house rules favorable. However, it has come to my attention that this is a major point of debate which will lead to a massive dramastorm, so I'll just take the individual house rulings as I go and not ask for a ruling here.

I'm going to stop taking Deff Rollas, I keep running into houses not allowing them. Its not worth taking for 20 points when it has no AP value, and it isn't worth the hassle in rounds. My battlewagons now have grabbin' klaws and boarding planks.

I run up to a vehicle, boarding plank it, whack it...maybe I kill it, maybe I don't. If I don't, then the next turn during my enemy moving phase, I snatch it with the grabbing klaw, and hold it in place. Then, during my own turn, I boarding plank it again and get auto-hits with my powerklaw.

Nasty tactic! And I have to say dash that you like own this section of the forums ATM it's funny to see how much you have posted ATM =P.

I like the list. It's got a lot of trukks in it and a lot of stuff on the board. A warning though, imperial guard could have a field day wrecking all those trukks, IMHO I would reccomend getting 2 KFF mechs to protect the BW's and the trukks FOR SURE. But I would go with whatever dash says first off, he plays orks and maybe even speed freekz if I member right so yeah.

He who fights with monsters might take care lest he thereby become a monster and if you gaze for long into an abyss, the abyss gazes also into you

Yeah...I used to have Ghazgkull and Mad Dok as my HQ choices, but I've started taking a Mek with a KFF simply because half of those glancing and penetrating shots are going to miss anyway.

I've tank shocked wraithlords and a carnifex and lived to tell about it. I like my deathrollas! They are also golden vs small bugs and guardsmen.

No, no Nob Bikers. I'm going for a healthy number of Boyz...and I still have a nasty selection of PKs and burnas along with good defenses.

Nob bikers are overrated. Giving yourself +1 toughness (except against all the dangerous stuff) isn't worth 25 points.

Then again, a guaranteed 4+ cover save isn't bad, the combination of dakkagun and kombi-skorcha gives you several options, and the ability to turbo-boost makes them DA FASTEST!
