Big Mek w/ Kustom Force Field

2 x 15 Lootas

2 x Battlewagons

Big Mek and Lootas inside Battlewagons within 6" of each other providing lots of Deffskull style dakkadakka with armored protection.

No earth shattering, thought provoking quote. I'm just someone who was introduced to 40K in the late 80's and it's become a lifelong hobby.

Go to the Army list section, and read some of the army lists that folks have written and described how to use. Then go to the battle reports and read some of the ork tactics.

If you are going the fluff route, take at least one looted wagon. They're deathskullz, they will loot something. Also max out on lootas. Do like Sarigar said. Deathkoptas work well in a fluffy Deathskull force as well.

i like your tactic sarigar, but a mek wit kustom force field may not be used when he is in a vehicle (or can it?). Then why give the mek a kustom force field?

You can use a mek with a force field in a vechile.(If I rember right)All vechiles within 6'' are counted as obscured objects.

That is correct. Measurements are measured from the hull of the Battlewagon when the Big Mek is inside a Battlewagon.

A big mek w/KFF is ace and should always be taken! Especially with a vehicle heavy force due to the fact that it obscures them.
