So, how does everyone think the following list would do in 2k, vs. competative 5th edition lists.

Deceiver
10 warriors
10 warriors
4 Destroyers
4 Destroyers
4 Destroyers
Monolith
Monolith
Monolith

Warriors are left in reserve, Monoliths bull forward, firing particle whips to pop vehicles, gauss flux if facing infantry. Deceiver walks behind Liths if facing lash, runs out in front if not. Destroyers hang back and fire at long range, in a clump and ready to get lith support if they attract too much fire. They concentrate fire on enemy mobility.

In a KP mission this list should be extremely strong.
In a drawfest Crons can probably keep their own objective, against certain foes possible to DS a Lith on their objective.
In a d3+2 objective mission the crons are in some trouble, go for Lith contests vs. enemy proximal objectives, move up Warriors to closest one at last instant via teleport. Go for 1-0 win.

Vs. Lash Chaos: Toughest match, as Lash has Oblits to get the Liths down eventually, and can mitigate Deceiver with Lash + move any crons they get in range of.

Vs. Orks: Orks can't hurt the liths with their shooting, Kans (main threat to liths) get shot down by destroyers + liths, or fought by Deceiver when they get close. Big templates unkind to big Ork mobs, tank shock unkind to small Ork mobs.

Vs. Daemons: Tzeentch Daemons get slapped down, bunker formation makes Khorne daemons a question of whether Soul Grinders can weather the particle whips and kill lith on initial charge, before Deceiver countercharge scraps.

Vs. New IG: Interesting match, I give it to crons, as much of new IG's anti-vehicle is melta based.

All in all, fact is that Warhammer 40K has never been as balanced as it is now, and codex releases have never been as interesting as they are now (new units and vehicles and tons of new special rules/strategies each release -- not just the same old crap with a few changes in statlines and points costs).

Speed Freekz might still give you a hard time at 2,000 points. Trukkz can move fast enough to let their Boyz catch your Destroyers and at least tie them up for a while, and even if your store's rules don't allow for Deff Rollas to smash vehicles with D6 S10 hits, a grabbin' klaw, boardin' plank and Nob with a PK will put holes in your Monoliths eventually. As for the Deceiver, they can just run rings around him.

Feasting on the souls of unworthy opponents

Ouch...this is a pretty easy to phase out list. I typically go for the monoliths because of how grevious they are, but this is the one time I'd ignore them and go for your warriors and destroyers. You have 32 models in 2k points, that doesn't take too much to kill.

*EDIT*

Also, you're making some faulty assumptions in your list here - you're presuming that people are going to go for your monoliths first. You're also presuming that there will be no deep striking or outflanking. Both of those are dangerous and pretty much false assumptions.
