Awesome. I didn't realize they were redoing the packaging or what not.

EDIT: Anyone know if they're redoing the sprues? Will there be different options available than from the previous kits?

3 tank variants and every sponson / hull mounted option.
Is an actual improvement to the old plastic kit ( no hull HB, sponsons metal ).

Price? seems fine for us europeans. Comes down to :

-old hellhound = 40 vs new hellhound = 39 €
-old demolisher = 40 vs new demolisher = 39 €

just won 2 additional variants and plastic sponson at 1€ less.

-actual leman russ = 35. Could go to 39€ too.
But will include more sprues.

I think general 39€ per tank is fine.

Trust me, no matter what damage they have the potential to do, single-shot weapons always flatter to deceive in 40k.                                                                                                       Rule #1

Alright, this has been driving me bananas for years now... These "new" models look identical to the current models! Can somebody tell me what the difference is besides a new box?

Yes, I can. Here they are. The third point below will be of particular interest to many.
1) Each kit comes with parts for three variants.
2) The hull and turret have been redesigned. The changes are minor in appearance, but they are significant in function. Turrets from the current kits are not interchangeable with those from the new kits. Some converting will be necessary to use gun parts from older kits on the new kits and vice versa.
3) There are no more wheels for the track sections. The bogie wheel sprue has been eliminated. Tracks now fit into premolded grooves on the track section walls so that they are evenly spaced automatically, eliminating the need to estimate how far to space them which generally resulted in uneven gaps.

The hull looks the same, so I'd imagine the main turret bits go together the same.
