Wow! How about Scenario 4, "Tzeench - Mirror Universe:"

"Prior to deployment, both players exchange army lists and armies. The game is played out under the normal rules for Pitched Battle, but with each player using the opposing army instead of their own. Players who feel uncomfortable with this may decline. If one or both players decline, then the battle is simply played out as a normal pitched battle."

And among other bonus points, "+1 Battle Point if you agree to play the Mirror Universe rule, even if the opponent declines."

That could be interesting. Unfortunately, because it's only worth one bonus point--+14 points per massacre with a possibility of +6 bonus points per game--I fear that no player in serious contention will opt for the army switch.

"The last known instance of common sense happened at a GT. A player tried to use the 'common sense' argument vs. Mauleed to justify his turbo-boosted bikes getting a saving throw vs. Psycannons. The player's resulting psychic death scream erased common sense from the minds of 40k players everywhere. " - Ozymandias

I think that could be fun. Though I agree that most of the "top table" players probably won't agree to it

The top players should be able to win with whatever army they use right? I'm intrigued and am thinking about attending if my schedule allows.

But Top Table players have been refining their army lists for month if not longer and spent just as much time building, converting and painting their armys, So they may be uncomfterable with letting someone else handle them.

I have an army in the planning stages right now that I dont think I would let anyone else touch let alown play a game with(at least until I have had a few dozen battles with it).

Oh, somewhere in this favored land the sun is shining bright;
the band is playing somewhere and somewhere hearts are light,and somewhere men are laughing, and somewhere children shout but there is no joy in Mudville — mighty Casey has struck out.

Always wanted to do that. Swapping armies is a great trick to play.

I may want to show up just to watch. I figure I could learn a few things about Fantasy now that I started playing.

Hope someone plays Tomb Kings
