9 Terminators, MoK, 3 Combi Plas, 3 Combi Melt, H Flamer, 2x Chainfist
9 Terminators, MoK, 3 Combi Plas, 3 Combi Melt, H Flamer, 2x Chainfist

7 CSm, Melta, Rhino
Option 2 (equally ridiculous)
Lord, Terminator Armour, MoK, Bloodfeeder ( or maybe kharn)
8 Terminators, MoK, CF x2, LCs x2, HF, 3 Com plas, 3 comb mel;tas
8 Zerkers, Champ fist
8 Zerkers, Champ, fist
10 CSm, IoCH, Las, Melta
10 CSm, IoCH, Las, Melta
Landraider - DP & Dozer
Landraider - DP & Dozer
Would either of these have any chance of working? Very different to what I usually play!
Thanks as always

Your first list doesnt have anything to take advantage of lash. Without any blast weapons to use with it, its only a minor annoyance for your opponent. It would be better leaving that sorcerer unmarked and giving it warp-time, if you decide not to make it a DP.
The CSM dont really do a lot. Its probably worth dropping the last squad to fill out the others. They should all have an IoCG at the very least. It would also be good is a couple were 10 man and had an extra melta. One of the many reasons why plague marines are better than CSM is because they can take two specials at under 10 men, something you are missing out on here. They all need icons so your terminators dont deviate too much when they come in.
The terminators are good. I usually prefer IoN on my big squads so that they can take more fire. 21 power weapons attacks and 6 powerfist attacks on the charge is usually enough to kill everything anyway.
For your second list.
Khorne lords with demon weapons look good on paper, but are actually awful. They have a 1/3 chance of doing absolutely nothing in combat. Do you really want to pay all those points so your lord can stand there and dribble while he gets hit in the face? Kharn is the better option.
Terminators a good, but again I think IoN would be better for them.
Your berzerker champions need to have personal icons for the terminators, because they will be the ones moving.
Your CSM squads should have plasmas instread of meltas for the extra range. Meltas are only good in aggressive squads. Ranged gunline squads would do better with plasmas.
I think both lists are good, not necessarily powerful enough to be super competitive, but good. They both just seem a little lack-lustre compated to other tier 1 builds. The second list is the better one, because it is more reliable. 27 terminators is good, but you rely on good reserve rolls to be effective, which can easily be your down fall.

I mean, what's the point in winning if you allow people that don't take the game seriously to live? |

Thanks for the advice...
I want to make a non-standard list which is still pretty competitive and it's hard with the current dex.
Bloodfeeders are kinda rubbish but such a cool idea... Kharn will, i think, be the man though.

How about something like:
Lord of some description
3x 8 terminators - armed like before
3x 10 CSM, Rhino, Melta, LC, PF champ
Dunno if it will fit as don't have book but could well do.
3 core units is still v low though!

Bulk out your troops with Regular CSM's (Iconed), or go as cheap as you can with lesser daemons (they work best in bulk!)

the units of termies can be fine if you lash things into them so they can charge them.
with that in mind, I like your second list better. I'd drop both units of Zerkers and the Lord to get 2x Lash Prince and a third unit of CSMs with a Rhino and 2x Melta (combimelta for the champ as well maybe). Put both units of termies into the Land Raiders so they are mobile and can charge out of the front of them. I'd also trade the lascannons in the CSM squads for meltaguns (and then consider getting combimeltas for the champs too).
If you have leftover points look into a unit of chosen with meltaguns (as many as they can fit) in a Rhino to outflank.

Ok, another possible option... I do like the look of this one
Abaddon (i so want to take him as I have never done so before!)
9 Terminators
HF
4 CM
4CP
2x CF
IoK
8 Noise Marines
8 SBs
Icon
8 Plague Marines
2 Meltas
Icon
10 Daemons
10 Daemons
2 Oblits
2 Oblits
1 Oblit (to DS)
Downsides are no PFs, no Rhinos... I could take them but would have to drop something else. I like the idea of this due to the amount of threats... If they shoot the termies, they should live and distract fire from the bread and butter of the army which is all the shooty stuff. If they ignore the terminators then I get 9 Khorne terminators + abaddon into combat with as many units as possible.
Possibly considering taking 2 units of slaanesh marines instead of the plague marines for extra shooty but fnP would work well for objective grabbing.

Very tough army, not very mobile (unless you deepstrike all the oblits, and the terminators - in which case protect your icon holders!)
If you did decide to deepstrike those things, you would have an army with significant surprise potential.

For all of your princes it is far better to run them with wings and warptime than wings and MoK. Call it 'Fury of Khorne' to keep the fluff (if you want to have fluff) of khorne DPs.
I like your first and second lists, with the second one probably just getting ahead in power, but not by much.
I can see the reason for the CSM in the third list but I just dont think they will be that useful to you.

Yup, kinda agree on the princes... Khorne princes are not so hot.
I could squeeze in MoS as well for added INIT.
a little unfluffy which is sad but I spose it is a tournament.
The unit of CSM is primarily in there in case i dont get both units of zerkers painted (2 done, 2not) but also for a bi more versatility.
Cheers for comments.

Is'nt deep striking 9 large base termies kinda dangerous? The chances of a mishap seem high to me... If you choose to walk them your opponent will slaughter them with plates and heavy weapons.
