A good picture can make a crappy model look pretty good. A crappy picture can make a great model look horrible. Take better pictures....

One way to take better pics is to have more than one light source. If you happen to have two desk lamps point one almost straight down or slightly angled back towards the mini, then use the other lamp and point it straight at it from the side. also move the lamps in pretty close. I have 2 regular desk lamps with 60 watt bulbs in them I place them about a foot to a foot and a half away from the mini.
I took this pic with that set-up.

Now if I had had a third lamp(like I do now) I would have placed it on the other side so as to eleminate the shadows.

Also check to see if your camera has a macro setting(it usally looks like a big flower on the more basic point and shoot cameras), use that setting and get close to the mini. I just place my camera on the desk infront of it, anywhere from 8 to 10 inches away, but a small tripod would help with getting diffrent angles. You wont get any profesional photo gigs if you take pics this way, but it shure would help you show off your work. If you cant get anymore lamps, take your pictures during the day near the window, with your single lamp.
Otherwise from what I can see, it looks like you have some good conversion work going there.

Is that a hinged door/cover/cap on the end of the Kill Kannon? If so, I love it.

Not too bad. I like the kill cannon on the battle wagon. Heres a couple of mine.

A baneblade for Khorne following guard. Its not done yet, but hey.

This is a standard Leman Russ. All of my russ' have this turret conversion.

This is an Ork Battlewagon/Skullhamma I made. 2 battlewagon kits, and 2 trukk kits.

Since these pictures were taken I built sides on the trailer and a back "cupola" on the turret.

More conversion pictures to come soon.

DUDE THAT TRUKK IS F'IN AWESOME. Wants so badly -drools-

OP I like the idea of using, is it a gorger model, as the base for an ork. I dont think ghazgkull is the way to go, perhaps a cybork or something. But very good pieces and would like to see the finished piece
