I received my package from thewarstore.com. I purchased the Hexagon Small set $12.74, and the Platformer Small set also $12.74.
pruchase here: http://www.thewarstore.com/IMEXPlatformerHexagon.html
Slapped them together, glued them down, did a little bit of painting and here's what I got.
I must say for the price, they get the job done.

No problem. I order paint from thewarsotre.com every 1-2 weeks and since they were cheap I figured I'd buy them and post a review. Putting them together was hell on my fingers though for the Hexagon. The little plastic bumps you see between each panel connection need some serious pressure to snap together but this makes for a very sturdy structure. They say you can take apart when done and if you get the Large kit you can make your own custom structures. Forget that! Taking that all apart again lol. But I might order a couple of kits to make various buildings in different configurations.
I must add, my guys are all on MAS scenic bases and 80% have trophy posts (chaos) so they don't fit in the hexagon parts with over hang. But if you are using standard bases it's perfect.

lol them damn trophy poles....should cause difficult terrain checks for embarking/disembarking and for entering any place without vaulted ceilings ^_^ And hence- may be the true reason for all the arches in the architecture!

Lol. Yeah I can't really use the hexagon because of that so I'll probably give to my bud signspoint2fail since his guys are currently on regular bases. These things make for cool photos though. Need to find some backgrounds to composite into my pictures.

I found platformer and Hexagon annoying but their chemical plant has some first rate bitz and the gothic buildings are fantastic.

Agreed. The chemical plant kit is worth it's weight in gold and has been extremely useful for Warmachine and 40K models/terrain...
The two reviewed here I don't really care for as much...

I think these kits are wrong for Necromunda.
Don't get me wrong, they have the right feel and ease of purchase and building, but the
scale they are built for seems more like it's for roleplaying in industrial terrain than for
gang fighting.
When someone makes a tower with lots of little ramps to ascend it, does anyone seriously try
to assault it? You'd get shot up trying to make your way up the tiny rampways.
Lt. Bursely's designs have more of the right idea for using it in Necromunda, but the best
recommendation I have for making Necromunda terrain with Hexagoner kits come from Tazok.

I mean, wow. There are elevations, walkways, and clear paths for both shooting and
assaulting games.
