The point chaos0xomega made about partially complete boxes sitting about makes me wonder if the issue is the issue is with one of their suppliers for the bits they don’t make.

If they’re going through a contract dispute mechanism that would explain why the uncertainty on their end and why they’re being so tight lipped about it all.

And if so, the likely culprit would be the paper components from China or whatever.

But. We don’t know, so I think I may just stop checking this thread until I see something about it on WarCom. If ever again.

And from the sounds of it, a lot of people who wanted it didn't get it. Or wanted to wait until maybe they had some extra money to get it.

Problem is if you keep supporting companies with this kind of behavior you are not effecting them to have to change. They just do whatever they want and FOMO everything. Worst part is they don't even give reasons or explainations. I mean deleting peoples posts on social media that are voicing their opinion is kinda messed up. Especially when they are the ones who are at fault.

This wasn't FOMOd though. We didn't even realise how limited it was until it sold out and word got out that we weren't to expect restocks. No FOMO marketing like we've seen before.

That's probably a good shout. Probably the only defensible reason for them to stay so quiet about everything, so I almost hope that's the case. Undersupply of material (presumably cards/cardboard) would also explain the unexpectedly low numbers compared to the demand.

Every page involving someone using the word "entitlement" in what they think is a serious argument can safely be skipped. Even for the internet, that's dead weight.

Look at the way you've managed to twist this discussion from the actual topic to just people attacking one another. This is why we can't have nice things on the internet. There's always someone who is more interested in personally attacking the other posters than on discussing the topic.

there was at least 1 were I got the impression that he really did not understand why everyone was upset while GW is just doing normal business like everyone else
