Why does it take 2 guys to carry a heavy stubber? I know it's heavy but is it really that heavy? I guess the hive ganger fellas in Necromunda are just stronger?

I was hoping they would have had a 1 man heavy stubber thing for the new guard stuff like they did with heavy flamers...
