Ok so if your opponent in the upcoming Ard Boyz tourney had two Daemon Princes that were Slaneesh with Lash of Submission, would you have a problem if they looked like this:

I'm only asking from a WYSIWYG perspective, would you have a problem with your opponent saying this is a Lash Prince?

Does it have all the wargear a Lash Prince is meant to have?

If so, then yes it is ok
If not, no cigar.

Just make sure to say "This is my Daemon Prince of the Sexings"

How do you model "Mark of Slaanesh" and the psychic power "Lash of Submission".

The Mark of Slaanesh is easy. You paint the model in Slaaneshi hues, with the symbol of Slaanesh prominently displayed. Modeling the psychic power is un-necessary, but exchanging the sword for a whip or a tentacle could get the point across.

That one is kind of easy...

The other You don't really need to. So long as it is clearly a Daemon Prince etc, 99% of people will not have a problem with it.

So would you have a problem with the Daemon Prince pictured being played as a Lash Prince in a tournament?

It is colored like a Nurgle Prince, has no Slaaneshi markings, so someone might protest. I doubt a TO would have it stick, though - the model is not confusing in the least.

I wouldn't care, but I'm not a stickler. At least you have wings, which is better than a fair number of supposedly Winged Princes I've encountered.

No problem with it myself. I run the same demon with different paint job for my Lash Princes. "Mark" is subjective and Lash is a psychic power. As they say, consistency is key for counts as.

Well, this is 'ard boyz we're talkin' about. It can be unpainted for 'ard boyz, so the fact that it is a demon prince model with wings is good enough for just about anybody.

You will have no problem. You have Wings and his standard sword. You can just say what he has spell and icon wise just like every other magic user in the game.

Ok if you have someone complain about it and he/she has a planet of grey army he doesn't have much room to speak IMO. lol

I'm not sure there would be any confusion. has any current chaos player played a game without two lash princes ever since the codex was released?

If you really wanted to cover yourself (since the paintjob is a little nurgle-ish) stick an icon of slaanesh on the base and no-one's got any grounds for complaint at all.

In a normal game with fully painted armies and no other proxies/counts-as, yes; in 'Ard Boyz, no. In either case, explaining it would ensure that there would be no problem whatsoever.
