Um, I know the listee, and he lives on one of the Himalayan peaks. That's why the shipping is so high. Also, the bits are missing because the Sherpa who was bringing the bits orders from GW was eaten by a Wendigo. And you do not want to try and ship bits to the Himalayas twice. It's bad juju.

Well in all honesty the price is outrageous but If anyone paints something and sells it for a profit then they are by definition a professional painter. If he'll ever sell anything at those prices? I would say he's still very amateur.

Besides, in most cases I'm more worried about when they DON'T nuke the packages, who knows what terrible things might make thier way in if we didn't?

All kidding aside, you could pack those guys in a flat rate USPS priority package and send them anywhere in the states for like, five bucks. That's some serious price gouging.

wow i thought eBay was home to the cheap and worth it models after clean up (striping cleaning REPAIRING you know the drill)
but seeing this i want to cry, eBay was intended to be for the selling of cheap and ruined models that can be repaired or expensive OOP models not in production models painted normally with a enormous price tag. But i guess to eBay standards it is an masterpiece the missing parts are common for eBay anyways. Oh and Luna i am not sure what the joke meant but i am guessing it was intended to be a you know (another name for a roster) joke.

hehe, saw that auction and didn't even click it because of the price. Thanks for bringing it to my attention. Everything on feebay is "Pro Painted" didn't ya know? I like how real painters have for the most part changed their titles to "Master Painted" so as not to be lumped in with guys like this

Save the scorn for the person who buys them, not the person who tried to get away with it.

I just looked at some of his other stuff and it is not horrible but still way overpriced. Also, he needs to make up his mind about combined shipping. Some stuff says he will and others say he wont.

His only sold item is a Ghazkull conversion that was actually a few dollars more than retail. You will notice that none of his current stuff has a single bid on it either.
