Hello All,
I figured I'd make the obligatory Introduction post, just to say I did it.
I've avoided DakkaDakka for years, possibly because I was under the (incorrect) impression it was an ork only site, while I was lurking over on the B&C... but since I just sold my last power armored army, I needed a new forum..
So imagine my surprise to find that Dakka has like EVERYTHING I'd ever want in a minigaming forum in one place!
I'm a competative style gamer at heart, and through the years, I've played Space Wolves, and Tzeentchian heavy Chaos.
For something radical, I sold all my Marines, and went flak armored, -- My current projects include making a Wasteland survior style IG army loosely based on the fallout series, (which ironically enough the concept drawings look ork ANYWAY). Its a lot of fun so far, though its kinda infantry heavy, and I'll be switching to vehicles ... mmm valkyre vertibirds...
I'm also writing a sort of Open Source Wargame, on the side, grab a model, make stats for it play a game, sorta deal.
I also "help" run a mid sized gaming club in Western MA (USA) if anyone wants a game, we can find you about 30 opponents (even if 5 of them are me) =P
AND thats me.
I look forward to contributing SOMETHING to this great forum, wish I joined years ago.
