If you're taking trukks, I recommend you don't take shootas. Shooty orks make up for having pitiful BS by firing a lot of shots, which you aren't going to get in units of 12. It looks like you're trying to shoehorn a shooty army into a mechanized assault list, but you really want to do one or the other (shooty or assault). Drop the rokkits as well, they aren't anywhere near a viable anti-tank strategy, again because of the pathetic Ork BS. It's important to accept that if you're playing an Orks list like this, you don't bring down tanks with rokkits; you walk (or drive) up to a tank and rip it apart with a PK. Boarding planks are a nice option on your trukks for this reason, I recommend you take them. Also, reinforced rams are a really important upgrade for only 5 points. If one of your trukks gets bogged down in difficult terrain, that's 12 very sad Orks that aren't going to get any killin' in.
Speaking of trukks, armor plates are way more points than they're worth. How many times are you going to get a crew stunned result? They have to hit you, you have to not make your 4+ KFF save, then they have to pierce your armor, then they have to roll a 1. There's a 3.5% chance of that happening at BS5 with a S10 weapon. Waste of 10 points.
I'm not really sure about the battlewagon. I guess it could make a nice distraction and keep some fire off of your trukks, depending on who you play. You'll have so many of your opponent's units locked up in assault though that all of that shootiness probably won't do a whole lot of good. I would probably drop it altogether and allocate points elsewhere, or drop most of the upgrades and put a unit of something in it with the Big Mek. On that note, the Big Mek could probably do without his upgrades too since it's just a KFF bot. All that stuff is up to you though, try it out and see where you want to go.
