It's all good stuff, what the Nobz get I reckon. I have a 10 Nobz mob and atleast two of them carry Kombi-Skorchas to weaken the enemy for a vicious assault. Uge choppas are just fun and look great

I think Nobs are a "take ten or take none" choice. At half strength, you might as well spend the points elsewhere.

As for how to kit them out, here's my favorite combination...it makes all 10 of them different wound groups, which means I have to take 11 wounds before losing a nob (excepting instant kill weaponry).

1. Painboy
2. Bosspole
3. Waaaugh! Banner
4. Powerklaw
5. Powerklaw + Ammo Runt
6. Powerklaw + Kombi-skorcha
7. Big Choppa
8. Big Choppa + Ammo Runt
9. Big Choppa + Kombi-Skorcha
10. Normal Nob

I've got something to deal with everything, and I usually attach these guys to Ghazghkull Thraka. I either charge them all in together to do massive damage, or the Ghazghkull charges in solo on the Waaaugh! with a 2+ invulnerable save and the nobs act as a countercharge unit.

I have 10 nobs just 5 of them are AOBR nobz and how can you have a pk and a kombi-skorcha, or big choppa and kombi skorcha, since the combi weapons are 2 handed and so is the big choppa

If you read the codex entry, it tells you what to replace with what.

It doesn't say to give up your slugga to get a big choppa, it only tells you to trade out your choppa for a big choppa. Nobs can carry as much wargear as the codex entries allow them to.

Somewhere in the unknown universe.

When I first saw this topic title, I thought it said "Kitting Out Noobs."

i now realize that this is the same thing if you use the Nobz as power clawed Nob Bikerz.

Congratulations, that was the stupidest remark the entire wargaming community has managed to produce in a long, long time.

Congratulations, your dismissive and conclusory commentary has provided nothing to this discussion or the wider community on whose behalf you arrogantly presume to speak nor does it engage in any meaningful way the remark it lamely targets. But you did manage to gain experience points toward your next level of internet tough guy.
