Be honest i have actually only used a small group of bikes my plan is to hit hard as possible at the start

Only 2 Troop units at 2500 points? All I can really say is good luck. I think your vanguard squad is to point heavy personally. And you shouldn't mix weapons in your attack bike squadrons. Divide them up into 3 squads of 2.

Yeah i use shrikes fleet for ironclads and his unit.

Ironclads doesnt get fleet cause they have no combat tactics to give up for fleet.

Add some more bikes.

I wonder if he actually fleeted with the ironclads in the first round.

I'm guessing that the bikes are meant to zoom around avoiding fire for the first 4 rounds of the game because with only two choices youre kinda screwed.
sounds cool, but yeah two special characters? seems your list is a bit stacked, most people will have way more for 2500 pts. Good luck though!
