hey dakka...

it's been a while since i've had something new to show...
i've had issues with lighting and photography, so even though i've painted almost everyday for the last six months, i haven't been able to take a good pic...
i got new lights, and learned a bit more about my camera, so here's a new one...

he was painted for the painting contest over at The Pit of the Oni...
he's done entirely with P3 paints, but done in the GW scheme...

i enjoyed this guy, even though i was deathly i'll the whole time i was workin' on him...
i was prayin' for death, but i got him done in time for the deadline...

I think you could do more with the display base. Maybe affix a snazzy name tag onto the big black bottom piece.

@hellbanger: i'm pretty happy with the blues...
the P3 exile blue, and 2 cygnar blues, are nice colours...

@agamemnon2: this guy is not glued to the display plinth...
he's painted to my basic gaming standard, and will be for sale...
i want him to lead someone's army, so he needed to be on the legal gaming base...

it's been pointed out over on cool mini that i completely forgot to paint the studs on the bolter arm silver...
DOH!!!

i will have to fix that before i put him up on e-bay...
