Just need some opinions and reasons

i voted skaven......they're apparently getting a new book before to long, and i found them entertaining in the gotrex and felix books

Skaven.

Empire are boring and Dark Elves are over-used.

I also voted Skaven. Empire are to generic and Dark Elves border on beardy. The new Skaven book is due out, so if you started collecting and assemblying models now, you may have an army ready to play with the new rules.

Dark Elves are the strongest of what you listed.

Though you really ought to look at Vampires and Daemons...

Stongest compared to who?High Elves?Go Skaven they are a fun army to play unless you want to play in tournemants then pick VC or Deamons.Though with good tactics they can be beat.

Compared to anything else aside from Daemons & Vampires - that's why DE are "top 3".

Yes anything can be beat, but as a noob, you want better odds to win so life is less frustrating.

I voted Empire. I started with Empire and would recommend Empire to Noobs. Yes they are a bit "safe", but they are a good foundation to build from. When you switch to another army you can appreciate how different/better they are than the Empire.

On a side note you can take the Helblaster. Who doesn't want the Helblaster.

If you are going to play in tournements then pick DE,but Skaven are alot of fun.Not impreesed by Deamons or VC been playing Fantasy since 4th and they are weak compared to the old herohammer days.Seen the lists useed at tourneys and they depend way to much on your opponent doing what you want him to do.

Agree with OW on that one. Most lists really depend on a playing against a specific type of list like tourney list v. tourney list. I've done wonders against alot of tourney lists with both my skaven and WoC.
