I was just wondering what armies seemed to do well.

Wow way to go with the crons!

I wonder what Robert B & Joe L from the Wrecking crew did to get scored in the 20's for comp.

Salamander Marines 65-12-13
Dark Eldar Wych Cult 4-1-0
Dark Eldar Kabal 36-10-4
2010 Indy GT Tournament Record: 11-6-3

Wow…talk about bad comp scores.

I love comp, but all comp systems suck.

Here is an example of poor comp scoring by a judge. Let’s look at the Tyranid comp scores. They received the worst scores by far, and as we all know Tyranids are in the middle of the pack as far as armies go, and their placement shows it.

In fact, the comp score cost player #3 the tournament. Anyone know Nick Nanavati and the list he used?

IIRC, he had several MC in his Tyanid list. That's really all I can recall.

2 of the missions were darn near impossible to max out on. Out of 100 possible points, the highest battle points accumulated by one person was 88.

No earth shattering, thought provoking quote. I'm just someone who was introduced to 40K in the late 80's and it's become a lifelong hobby.

He played a typical BugZilla list.

I don't know much about NIds, but I thought that BugZilla went out of style with 5th edition. All of the Bug lists, I saw, were BugZilla.

Nidzilla not out of style just how you run it has changed. It needs a little more balancing now as you need to take different scoring units. Some of the strongest Nid lists still have 4-6 MC's in them at 1750.

I like how the first place and last place guys were from the same club. That must have been a quiet ride home.
