Mass multiplayer FPS games are always fun, IMO. Just remember, this isn't no Halo. It's more realistic. If you get shot a couple of times with a rifle, you will die. Headshots are always fatal with any weapon. Non-explosive weapons can't even scratch tanks.

...this is *far* from realistic.

If it were realistic, there'd be an IQ test required to fly the planes or using the bombing raids.

If you want real realism play Battlefield Heroes.

I played it and definatly not worth 15.
i dont get why they gave it away at that price.
its so fun but i cant pilot a plane worth gak.

@Garret: don't worry, no one who gets into a plane seems to know how to fly one.

Doesn't stop them from camping the spawn, though.

Actually, one of the funniest kills I've ever seen happened while watching someone crash a plane into someone on foot in BF1943.

Imagine someone running towards the enemy encampment, and a plane suddenly spirals into the ground and slides upside down into them five times faster than they could ever hope to run.

I almost pissed myself laughing.

I once hit a tank and destroyed it by ramming a jeep into a tank.
i would love to see the look on that guys face.

Its pretty good fun, and you really can get some funny kills

Couple of shots with a rifle does not make the game more realistic lol! OpFlash is realistic. Battlefield is always gonna be an arcade romp but 1943 is just very tame. Is exactly the same as BF1942 only prettier. I can't think of any improvements to gameplay at all and I'm struggling to find it fun.

Only big change is that infantry lives a bit longer, which was always a big problem with the BF games.

I'm tired of all these WW2 Battlefield games. When are they going to make Battlefield 1862?

That's nothing, in CoD 5 I took out a tank with a .357. Now the look on that guys face...
