If you live in the Greater Vancouver area, you know what I'm talking about.
Its really hot down here, I couldn't even sleep tonight! Luckily its pretty cool 6am (now)
Its gonna last a while, even after that, I'm going to Japan which is even MOAR Hotter!
So, TIPS AWAY!!!!!

95% of teens would go into a panic attack if the jonas brothers were about to jump off the empire state building copy and paste this if you are the 5% who would pull up a lawn chair grab some popcorn and yell JUMP BITCHES!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How hot is it at your place?
In Vancouver here its 37 celcius , and its mostly dry heat.
As in the fans does not work ... since the air blown out is still warm.
TO OP: the best way i can think of is wrap your body in a cold towel lol

Best thing I can suggest for being cool while you sleep is having a damp cotton sheet cover you when you go to bed. The water will evaporate cooling you as it does so.
