With the destroyer tank hunter, does it get its own slot in heavy support or battalion.
Also can you still use them with the new codex???

The rules for the Destroyer Tank Hunter can be found in Imperial Armour 1(?), as it is of Forgeworld manufacture, rather than GW.

It's a heavy support choice and you'll need opponent's permission if he's a dick.

It is a single vehicle. It does not come in a Squadron. It takes up a Heavy Support slot. It does not require permission and can be used with the current Guard Codex.
