I need to run, but I thought I'd post up my tweaked-through version of your list. It turned out some of your points were off, and between that and adding MoT to things for maximum fluff (and 6+ wards) I ran out of points pretty quickly. You'll note that it's in fact 2001 points, but I really don't know what to cut - basically, somebody is losing their musician, and I'm loathe to make the call who.
Anyway:
L: Sorcerer Lord - MoT, golden eye, level 4, disc = 335
H: Sorcerer - MoT, infernal puppet, level 2 = 175
H: Sorcerer - MoT, level 2, disc = 160
H: Sorcerer - MoT, level 2, disc = 160
C: 15 Warriors - MoT, full command, shields = 290
C: 15 Warriors - MoT, full command, shields = 290
C: 5 Horsemen - musician, flails = 81
S: 10 Chosen - MoT, standard, musician, great weapons, shields = 260
S: 5 Knights - MoT, standard, musician = 250
------

Speed run down ...
H: Stripped out all the items that were inessential, leaving a puppet so the level 4 can go big and the eye so he can stay alive. I've never seen sorcerers this simplified, but you've got a monstrous magic phase smashed into 2000 points.
C: Warriors got marked up and shrunk to 3x5 formation, and the largely useless marauder infantry were ground up for points and some flailing cav that will be much more useful for you.
S: Chosen got shields to survive some shooting, and the knights got marked up. Across the army your command upgrades were beefed out more, cause musicians, especially in a not-ItP army, are going to be worth it.
