Subject: Valkyrie Nose Weapons?

I'm almost done building my two Valks. I was going to magnetize the nose bolter and sensors so when I get the Vendetta kit I can swap out the bits. Thing is I dont see rules for a bolter or plasma weapon in the rules. Am I missing something?

I think that 'nose bolter' you have there is in fact the confusing gun-shaped sensor.

That is not what he is referring to.
There is indeed a very bolter shaped bit (actually it looks like GW just cut the front off of a Heavy Bolter) in the kit.
It is just a gubbin to put on your model, but I see where the confusion comes from.
Edit. I wanted to link the picture of the sprue from GWs website and point out the bit, but the sprue in question is the ONE picture that doesn't actually enlarge when you click on it. sigh.

Good to know, I thought I was going nuts (well more nuts). I was just inspecting the Vendetta and he plasma gun I thought I saw is also a sensor. At a glance it looked like a plasma to me.

Its the targeting optics for the weapons. they copied that from modern combat helicopters.
