Hello,
I use only Gw Black Spray paint,
But due to finacial limit's I cannot afford a Spray Gun
- Explained here: http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/249620.page

At my local Hobby Shop (Hobby Man) I saw that they stocked the complete range
of Tamiya Spray Can's... My question is, for a large vehicle, which Tamiya spray
can would be most suitable to use in place of Iyanden Darksun & Golden Yellow??

Please reply ASAP.
Thank you for your time and help.

Have a look at this colour guide

from it i think that TS-47 Chrome Yellow or TS-34 Camel Yellow are your best bets
although myself i would get TS-3 Dark Yellow as i tend to basecoat in the shade colour to save time

Hello,
Thank you for your reply...
Is there a way to spray base coat, Ink & then spray the highlight? if so, How would one go about it? (It would be time consuming and annoying trying to highlight Yellow with a paint brush... Or at least for myself it would be)

I've never heard of spraying a highlight color... I don't think that'd be possible.

I could see using a spray (from a distance) or a "flick" to add weathering/mud, and maybe it would work to add a hint of a lighter color (almost like a drybrush) but I don't think it's a very conventional way to do it.

I'm sure there are some great tank painters on here who can help you out, though

It would be possible with an airbrush, other than that I don't know of any other way to spray highlights on.

For highlights on large vehicles your better off dry brushing them on using a large flat brush

That sounds like more trouble than drybrushing.
