Just a quick one...
I heard that the Sky Ray boxed set contains all the bits for the Hammerhead.
Is it true?

yes the skyray has all te parts for skyray, devilfish and hammerheads, hammerhead boxes have the parts for hammerhead and devilfish
and devilfish have the parts for a manta...

The Chaos Vindicator has bits for both a loyalist and CSM version.
I'm guessing its the same with all Chaos Vehicles that are shared with the loyalists.

Well an obvious one is the Razorback. Why buy a Rhino when buying a Razorback gets you the turret and the parts to swap them back and forth.

Its not 'free' in a razorback vs rhino, the way it is in skyray vs hammerhead though.
