It looks less than optimal in many areas.

Walking Tyrant: You do not need extended carapace when you have Tyrant Guard. At 2000 I'd find the points for a third Guard as well. Drop the Venom Cannon, use dual TL Devourers for a solid mid-range fire support squad. Flesh Hooks aren't very necessary, you won't be picking assaults with this guy, you'll be unloading a ton of shots and absorbing wounds.

Lictors: Are very fun and fluffy, make the rest of your list a little leaner and well-balanced and the points spared for these guys won't be missed.

Warriors: Each Deathspitter Warrior should have different secondary weaponry to make use of wound allocation. All of them should have only the Toxin Sacs upgrade since they should be sitting in cover or be screened for their 4+ save. Enhanced Senses is wasted on scattering blast weaponry.

14 is too many for a Without Number squad. Either drop WoN and increase bodies if you're wanting them to kill something with their shooting, or drop to 8-10 models per unit and use Spinefists instead. Spinefists and Fleshborers have the same killing ability when you're camping these guys on objectives, none. No sense in wasting points on a gun you're not firing, or will only fire once.

Devourer Gaunts need Toxin Sacs to be deadly, the problem is that makes them 10 points a piece and a Scuttling Genestealer is easily worth two of them. Without Sacs, though, you're re-rolling S2 shots, not terribly impressive to have to roll a 6 to hurt T4 infantry. If you want good shooting without Sacs, stick with the Fleshborer.

The Genestealers look fine but you need more of them. I take three squads of 8 at 1500, you have two of 6 at 2000. Since you had so many Gaunts, you may just be better off increasing the two squad sizes to eight or nine instead of getting a third unit.

Your Carnifex... need help. You have a ton of close combat upgrades and a barbed strangler. If you aren't running these guys to get into combat as quickly as possible, you're wasting them entirely. Even then, melee carnifex waste two whole turns to hopefully reach something to assault, assuming they don't just get walked away from. Given all the mechanized everything in 5th edition, good luck catching anything.

If you want long-ranged fire support (which you need) pick up two Sniperfex instead. Venom Cannon, Strangler, Enhanced Senses, that's it. 148 points a piece and in cover they have real staying power against incoming lascannons or missile launchers.

Scrap the devourer gaunts. They cost a lot and don't perform well.

Lictors are fun, I love them in casual games. But for a tournament leave them home. for the 160 points 8 genestealers are far better.

The warrior broods are fine.

Why are your fexes split between shooting and assault? The beauty of the fex is, while versatile, they are powerhouses if kitted out one way or the other. Crushing Claws SCREAMS for talons to be there too, if you roll a 1 2 attacks is not impressive in the least. Also toxin sacs your fexes! Being able to one shot T5 HQ's and having an easier time crushing vehicles (for 6 points none the less) is worth it

I prefer spinegaunts to devourers, just because they're so cheap.

Tornaments over, time for reflectio s and explanations for some of the stuff. I placed fourth out of sixteen, 43 points out of a max of 72, 2 short of third, same system as Ard Boyz.

If you missed the note as the bottom the gaunts were all supposed to have Flesh Borers. Devourers was a mistake in Army Builder that got copied over when I duplicated the first into the others.

Tyrant; I liked the Venom Cannon, took the arm off a Dread and instagibbed a pair of Obliterators. Plus giving two pairs of the Devourers would give him TAS. Two dogs did the job real well today. The only time I lost em all was against a termi unit that had done some six wound of overkill with Power Fists. The 2+ save proved useful vs battlecannons and particle whips.

Lictors; I need to be less aggressive and reckless with em. A couple times they would have been better off hanging around and waiting for a better opportunity to strike than jumping right out. Otherwise they're fun, the newest fig looks real bad arse, and k owi g they're comi g is a nice psycological trick.

Genethieves; Outflanked every game, only one you it one game came in to an empty side. So far the six/seven strong units have handled everything they've had to go up against, usualy troops since their job is taking back field objectives.

Gaunts; 14 probably was just a bit too many for WON. I'll knock it down to an even dozen. I'll still pay the extra point for borers if for no other reason than Spi e Fists look dumb.

Warriors; May go ahead and drop that armor, don't thnk I ever took a single non-cover save. Gona keep the sytals, another looks issue plus trying to "abuse" the allowcation rules doesn't sit with me, personal thing. Undecided on the senses, they had a hard enough tme hitting as it is.

Fexes; They are I deed quite beefed up for HtH. The claws, tusks and tail, while not the most effective options just look bad arse, or at least they will when I get done with em. The Barbed Strangler is one of those I'd rather have a ranged option and not need it than not have it. They did prove useful on several occasions.
